Should the event be cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of the event, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the expected food turnover to cover costs.
Guests who do not attend the meal on the day of the event without prior cancellation (no-shows) will be charged 75% of the respective agreed menu price or the expected meal turnover – based on the last confirmed number of participants. Buffets, caterings and canapés, among others, are excluded from this. For dishes that have already been prepared, the full agreed final price will be charged in any case.
If possible, the final number of participants should be confirmed by the day before the event – at the latest, however, on the morning of the event day.
To pay for the services we provide, we accept cash, EC or credit card directly at the end of the event. Payment ‘on account’ can be agreed if the organiser’s registered office or permanent place of residence is in Germany. Our payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice.
All prices listed here and in our offers include the respective current value added tax.
Your booking confirmation or acceptance of an offer, if any, shall be deemed to be your agreement to the above conditions.
